Otter Tail County, MN – On Tuesday, the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Department presented a plaque to Roger Cullen in recognition of his 12 years of dedicated service as a diver on the Otter Tail County Public Safety Dive Team.
The Department stated in a Facebook post, “Roger’s leadership during his tenure has been exemplary, marked by his unwavering commitment to safety and excellence. His expert diving skills have been a guiding force for our team. His contributions have not only enhanced our team’s effectiveness but also inspired those around him. We are deeply grateful for his service and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”
