Fergus Falls, MN – The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a head-on semi crash on State Highway 210 near Wall Lake that left one dead.
According to Sergeant Jesse Grabow, troopers responded to the scene at around 9:20 Thursday morning (December 5th).
The driver of the passenger vehicle is deceased and the semi driver was transported to Lake Region Healthcare for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
The State Patrol was assisted by the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Department, the Fergus Falls Police Department, and Ringdahl Ambulance.
