Fargo, ND – A 36-year-old woman is dead after a hit-and-run in Fargo Monday morning (December 23rd), and the suspect is in custody.
Highway Patrol responded to the report around 6:30 a.m. after a woman was hit while crossing a street. The victim was brought to Essentia Hospital, where she died.
Police arrested 23-year-old Alex Cruz of Fargo after he had fled the scene. Cruz has a history of speeding.
