West Fargo, ND – A Moorhead man is in the Cass County jail after leading police on a brief pursuit in West Fargo early Monday morning (January 20th).
West Fargo Police say officers saw a man passed out behind the wheel of a car parked at a gas station. When an officer tried to make contact with the driver, later identified as 42-year-old David Jacobsen, he drove off.
