Zachary Seaburg (OTCDF)
Fergus Falls, MN – A man from Underwood has been sentenced for having hundreds of grams in illegal drugs.
24-year-old Zachary Seaburg was arrested last September after State Troopers say they found a bag of drugs in his vehicle during a traffic stop in Fergus Falls.
Court documents say troopers found 264 grams of methamphetamine, 24 grams of cocaine, and suspected fentanyl in the black bag. They also say there were needles and a baggie of M30 fentanyl pills in the car’s center console.
On Monday (March 31st), Seaburg was sentenced to 65 months at the Minnesota Correction Facility in St. Cloud for 1st Degree Drug Possession. He plead guilty to the charge in February as part of a plea agreement with Otter Tail County prosecutors.
