North Fields of Dalton. (OTC)
Dalton, MN – The Otter Tail County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has announced the availability of affordable senior housing units in Dalton. These new rental units are part of the North Fields of Dalton senior housing development located on the north end of Dalton on Court Street.
The North Fields of Dalton development includes six rental units, and each unit features single level living with one or two bedrooms and 1¼ bathrooms. To qualify for these affordable senior housing units, Otter Tail County HRA says applicants must meet specific eligibility requirements, including income limits with at least one household member being 55 years of age or older.
The county says the project is aimed at addressing housing shortages in the area by providing quality, affordable housing options for seniors.
Residents interested in the available housing units are encouraged to apply by completing the senior affordable housing application and submitting it to the Otter Tail County HRA.
