
Hail reported near Hankinson, ND. (KFGO)
Hankinson, ND (KFGO) – The National Weather Service is reporting high winds and up to 1.5-inch hail in Richland County Thursday night.
Hankinson saw 65 mile an hour wind gusts and quarter-sized to ping pong ball-sized hail between 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
A storm that went through around midnight brought wind speeds as high as 71 miles an hour near Abercrombie and caused tree damage in the Wahpeton area. That storm pushed through into Wilkin County, Minnesota where a 63 mile an hour wind gust was reported near Foxhome.
