(Alexandria, MN) — An early Friday morning U-T-V rollover in Alexandria required a boy to be airlifted to a trauma center for his injuries.
Douglas County deputies responded to the crash around 12:30 a.m. A 9-1-1 call reports the vehicle was found on the side of the road with an unresponsive boy still buckled inside it. The kid was brought to Alomere Hospital with life-threatening injuries, then airlifted.
Investigators say the boy was not wearing a helmet and is believed to have been speeding before losing control and rolling several times.
The boy’s identity, age, and condition are unknown.
