Traffic along Fir Avenue between Aurdal and Friberg is local traffic only. A detour along Aurdal has been established for through traffic.
Access to the YMCA will be available via the Friberg Avenue entrance.
MN DOT is aware of the traffic complaints through the neighborhoods and continue to monitor and adjust signage to the extent they can influence driver behavior. MN DOT recognize and appreciate the city’s cooperation in enforcing residential speed limits, and we appreciate the drivers who choose to drive safely with respect for pedestrians and children at play.
