Fergus Falls, MN – Two people were injured in a car crash in Fergus Falls over the weekend.
State troopers say a vehicle driven by 40-year-old Alan Ochoa of Fargo was heading west on I-94 near the Lincoln Avenue exit at around 5 p.m. Friday, when it left the road on the left side and struck a barrier.
Two of the vehicle’s passengers suffered non-life-threatening injuries. 46-year-old Deng Madot and 36-year-old Phillip Parks were taken to Lake Region Hospital for treatment. Ochoa and another passenger were uninjured.
Troopers say alcohol was not involved in the accident.
The State Patrol was assisted by Ringdahl Ambulance, Fergus Falls Fire and Police Departments, and the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.
