Fergus Falls, MN – The WISSOTA 100 races were interrupted Wednesday night after a race car collided with a race official’s ATV.
The official was taken to Lake Region Healthcare in Fergus Falls for medical care. WISSOTA Auto Racing released a statement saying, “WISSOTA asks that you keep the official and their family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.”
The organization says it will not comment further at this time out of respect for the family and their privacy, and will provide an update when it has their blessing to do so.
The official’s condition is unknown at this time.
