New Roundabout Closing on Thursday and Friday as Construction Nears Completion

Fergus Falls, MN – As crews reach the end of the Fir/Friberg roundabout project, the construction area will be completely closed during select times on Thursday, September 11 and Friday, September 12 for paving.

Beginning Thursday, the roundabout will be shut down in all directions from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. It will reopen at 2:30 for afternoon traffic and will shut down again at 4:30 p.m. until work has concluded for the day. If additional time is needed, a similar shutdown schedule will take place on Friday, September 12.

YMCA members may access the facility via the Friberg Avenue entrance. A flagger will be on site to direct traffic. Members should expect occasional delays while paving is in progress.

Signed detours will remain in place for the duration of this work.
