Fergus Falls, MN – The Mill Historic Boutique Hotel in downtown Fergus Falls is holding a Grand Opening Ceremony.
On Thursday, October 16, people can celebrate the opening of the 5-story hotel. A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. followed by an Open House with Public Tours.
The Mill Hotel opened its doors to its first guests this July in the historic Red River Flour Mill behind Service Food.
The project began back in 2021 when plans to redevelop the site had been announced involving private investors, $1.2 million in state and federal historic tax credits, a MN Department of Economic Development and Employment Redevelopment grant, and Tax Increment Financing (TIF) through the City of Fergus Falls.
