Breckenridge, MN – The Breckenridge Police Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying an individual that vandalized a home on Halloween night.
Police have provided Ring doorbell camera footage showing an individual in what appears to be a motorcycle helmet and a light colored jacket standing in the yard, before throwing two objects at the home’s windows, shattering them. The footage then shows the suspect running away. The footage is timestamped at 4:38 a.m. on November 1st.
