Parkers Prairie, MN, – A woman was hurt after a rear-end crash near Parkers Prairie this weekend.
State troopers say that on Saturday morning, a Ford SUV was stopped, facing south, on the shoulder of Highway 29, south of Parkers Prairie, as it attempted to make a left turn across the highway. A Nissan SUV was heading south on the highway and the vehicles collided.
The driver of the Ford, a 33-year-old woman from Alexandria, was taken to Alomere Health for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The other driver was not hurt. Troopers say the road was dry at the time of the collision.
The State Patrol was assisted by the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office and Parkers Prairie Ambulance and Fire.
