Alexandria, MN – An investigation is underway following a deadly shooting in Alexandria early Tuesday afternoon.
Police Chief Scott Kent says a 27-year-old Alexandria man was found unresponsive inside a home. Life-saving measures were performed, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say there is no threat to the public. Investigators have not said whether anyone is in custody.
The victim’s name has not been released pending notification of family and a review by the Medical Examiner’s Office.
