Man Arrested for Sexually Assaulting Otter Tail County Woman in Her Driveway

Fergus Falls, MN – A Menahga man has been arrested for sexually assaulting a woman in Otter Tail County.

19-year-old Reilly Larry Dean Nagel was taken into custody at the Otter Tail County Detention Facility on Tuesday. Prosecutors say that in October 2025, Nagel coerced a woman to do a sexual act she was not okay with in her driveway and caused bruising and bleeding to her body.

The victim told investigators that she had previously made consensual sexual videos with Nagel before, but she did not consent to the act he forced upon her that night. She said no and tried to pull away, but Nagel overpowered her. The victim also saw a light coming from behind her that made her believe he had been recording the incident. Afterward, the victim told Nagel that he had caused her body to bleed, and he joked about “how big he was.”

When investigators spoke with Nagel, he told them he did not recognize the victim’s name. When described the incident, he said it didn’t ring a bell because he has “f***ed plenty of girls in the driveway.”

Investigators reviewed Nagel’s criminal history, which includes an active warrant for a case in Todd County from 2025 involving criminal sexual conduct and minors in child sexual abuse material.

Nagel has been charged with criminal sexual conduct and made his first court appearance Wednesday morning.
