Dunvilla, MN – One person is hurt after their pickup ran off the road near Dunvilla.
State troopers say at around 10:12 a.m. Monday, the pickup was heading south on Highway 59 when it ran off the roadway to the right and struck an embankment and trees.
The driver, 42-year-old Thomas Jugovich of Pelican Rapids, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Essentia Health St. Mary’s in Detroit Lakes for treatment. Troopers say the road was dry at the time of the crash and alcohol is not suspected.
The State Patrol was assisted by the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, Pelican Rapids Police and Fire Departments, and St. Mary’s EMS.
