Moorhead police pursuing a car Wednesday night found themselves dodging items like a floor jack and a propane tank.
When a Clay County deputy joined the chase, the fleeing vehicle reached speeds approaching 100 miles an hour and jumped a roundabout at one point. One law enforcement officer was able to end the chase.
Twenty-four-year-old driver Terrell Jones of Moorhead is charged with fleeing, assault, and being a felon in possession of ammunition.
Twenty-nine-year-old passenger Christopher Cloud of Moorhead was booked into jail on assault charges.
