Officials with the Mall of America confirm the building is locked down in response to possible shots fired.
Andy Paras, a news director based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was shopping when people began running out of the building. He posted this video on his Twitter page. Shelter in place orders can be heard.
Bloomington Police confirmed shots had been fired, but a location inside the mall was not mentioned.
Witness accounts inside the mall say it appears a fight escalated into a shooting.
