1300 Sign Petition to Rename Highway 5 in Honor of Prince

(Chanhassen, MN) — There’s a push in the city of Chanhassen to re-name a portion of Highway 5 in honor of Prince.

Fans of the late Prince want a seven-mile stretch of the highway named as Prince Rogers Nelson Memorial Highway.

The fans have a petition with more than 13-hundred signatures they plan to present to Minnesota lawmakers.
