(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota Court of Appeals is upholding a decision last year to remove one of the trustees for the Otto Bremer Trust.
The ruling released yesterday morning backed the finding that Brian Lipschultz committed a series of actions that constitute “a serious breach of trust” under Minnesota law.
The Attorney General’s Office initially sought to remove all three trustees following the original nine-month investigation.
