A state trooper is recovering after being struck while in his parked squad car assisting at another crash on Interstate 94 near Rothsay.
Minnesota State Patrol Sergeant Jesse Grabow, says the trooper was hit Tuesday by a semi near Rothsay and treated for non-threatening injuries.
The semi driver wasn’t hurt.
Grabow is advising drivers to reduce their speed and move over for other vehicles along the side of the road.
