Visiting Phelps Mill Park During Construction Season

Otter Tail County, MN– The bridge on County Highway 45 over the Otter Tail River near Phelps Mill Park closed on Monday, June 12. The bridge is to be rebuilt and will remain closed for the rest of the summer. Those traveling from the north will not encounter a detour to enter the park, and those traveling from the east or west should follow the established detour. If traveling from the south, you will encounter a detour on Highway 35 North. Follow the Highway 35 detour to Highway 1 and use the detour to the park.

They apologize for the inconvenience. The extra travel through our scenic County is worth the trip to visit the beautiful park and attend the popular Phelps Mill Festival July 8-9.
