A Todd County Deputy instigated a traffic stop just outside of Eagle Bend on the morning of June 15, 2023, at around 9:30.
The driver, however, was non-compliant and sped away in his vehicle.
The ensuing chase lasted roughly 25 miles, during which the driver attempted to deter his pursuers by throwing a log chain at them.
The driver has since been identified as Kent Leon Moscho.
The Todd County Sheriff’s Office is now appealing to the public for any information on Moscho’s current location.
In this incident, the Todd County Sheriff’s Office was supported by the Minnesota State Patrol, Wadena County Sheriff’s Office, Wadena Police Department, and Staples Police Department.
