(St. Cloud MN) — A quick-thinking driver jumped out of a vehicle in St. Cloud morning and may have headed off a tragedy by stopping a truck as it rolled down the street Thursday.
The 65-year-old driver of the big rig had passed out because of a medical emergency. He was taken to St. Cloud Hospital where his condition hasn’t been reported.
The passerby had noticed the 18-wheeler was driving very slowly at the time. He managed to steer it to the curb without hitting or damaging any other vehicles.
