Voting is now open for MnDOT’s fourth annual Name a Snowplow Contest!
Anne Meyer says over 8,000 submissions were received in December, which they whittled down to just 49 names to be chosen from.
Meyer said, “The top eight vote-getters will become the newly named snowplows at MnDOT, one for each district across the state. So, we’ll have named snowplows really spread out.”
Meyer continued, there are currently 24 named snowplows, with this year’s additions bringing the total number to 35. To see the full list of finalists and vote, you can visit MnDOT’s website by clicking HERE.
Voting lasts through Sunday.
