A Frazee woman is dead following a crash Sunday (February 11th) morning in Burlington Township just outside of Detroit Lakes.
At around 8 a.m, 83-year-old Fern Bernice Brown attempted to cross the eastbound lanes of Hwy 10 from 290th Avenue in her 2004 Buick and pulled out in front of a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, causing the Jeep to collide into the driver’s side of the Buick.
Brown was pronounced dead at the scene.
The two occupants of the Jeep were sent to the Essentia Health emergency room for non-life threatening injuries.
