At around 1:18 Friday afternoon (April 5th), the Fergus Falls Police Department reported to a 911 call at the Subway off of Pebble Lake Road.
A 72-year-old woman from Battle Lake pulled into the parking lot and proceeded to collide with the front entrance of the building.
According to the official report, the driver is believed to have hit the curb near the building, and accidentally pressed the gas pedal instead of the brake.
A 70-year-old woman from Dalton was standing near the doors, and was knocked over by the collision.
The bystander was transported to Lake Region Healthcare for evaluation of minor injuries.
No charges have been issued.
Subway remains open until repairs can be made.
