Phelps Mill Festival (Otter Tail County)
Phelps, MN – Phelps Mill Festival is celebrating 40 years this Saturday and Sunday (July 13th and 14th) at the Phelps Mill County Park.
The event will be filled with art, food, entertainment, kids’ activities, plus craft wine and beer tasting.
The Festival features fine artists and crafters from around the U.S.
There will also be tours of the historic mill, led by the Otter Tail County Historical Society both days.
