Ruby’s Pinoy Foods Brings New Food Stand to Fergus Falls

 (Fergus Falls, Minn.) – Greater Fergus Falls (GFF) is pleased to announce that after more than a year of entrepreneur training and building a client base, Ruby’s Pinoy Food has expanded their food service to include a mobile food stand! Owner Ruby Tungseth first started out as a home-based catering business then temporarily served out of the City Bakery building in downtown Fergus Falls, all while working to achieve her dream of owning a food stand. Celebrate her success and support this growing business during their grand opening on Friday, May 14th starting at 11 am at Fergus Brewing Company.
