Fargo, ND – A Fargo man is charged with felony theft after allegedly making over $75,000 in purchases with his employer’s credit card.
Levi Mayo worked for A&R Drywall, regularly used the company credit card to buy gas and building materials, and then turned in the receipts. The owner saw increased charges between November 2023 and May 2023 and investigated.
Mayo admitted to buying energy drinks that equaled a tank of gas three to five times a day, not believing the total was so high.
