
West Central Area wins the 2025 Class A State Girls Basketball Championship. (WCA School)
Barrett, MN – The West Central Area girls’ basketball team brought home the school’s first State Championship Saturday afternoon (March 15th).
The Knights held the MACCRAY Wolverines at bay on their way to a 58-41 victory in the Class A State Girls Basketball Championship at Williams Arena.
West Central Area finishes the season with a record of 26-6 and the first team title in any sport in school history since the 1993 merger.
