Underwood, MN – Artist applications are now available online for the Phelps Mill Festival, one of the area’s largest fine arts and crafts events.
The Phelps Mill Festival is held at the historic Phelps Mill County Park, north of Underwood. The festival is an opportunity for both new and seasoned artists to showcase and sell their wares.
Dates for the 2025 Festival are July 12th and 13th. The application deadline for artists is April 1st.
