Fergus Falls, MN – Starting today, April 14th, and lasting for one month, drivers on westbound Interstate 94 near Fergus Falls will encounter lane closures.
MnDOT crews will be making repairs to concrete in the westbound lanes between mile posts 53 and 50. Their work will start in the right lane, which will close for two weeks, and then switch to the left lane for two weeks. The lane closures will remain in place overnight as well, and there will be times when no workers are present while concrete is curing.
The repairs are in preparation for the westbound lanes to carry head-to-head traffic during the upcoming resurfacing project on eastbound I-94 between Rothsay and Fergus Falls, which will begin next month.
