Otter Tail County, MN – A man has been sentenced for sexually coercing a minor in Otter Tail County.
Prosecutors say 22-year-old Jose Ramires of Freeport was temporarily living with a family in Otter Tail County when he coerced the 13-year-old daughter into acts of a sexual nature in May of 2024.
