Becker County Sheriff Todd Glander has announced he will retire at the end of his current term. After what he describes as much consideration and prayer, Glander says he will continue to serve until January 2027.
Glander began serving Becker County in 1988 and has spent 38 years in law enforcement, including the last 11 as Sheriff.
In his announcement, he praises the dedication and professionalism of his staff, including Deputies, Communications and Corrections Officers, Administrative Support, Bailiffs, and Courthouse Security, and appreciates their courage, honor, and commitment to serving the community.
Glander also thanks Becker County residents for their support of law enforcement, the Sheriff’s Office, and all who serve throughout the county’s communities. He has total confidence in the men and women who will continue to serve Becker County in the future and thanks the public for placing their trust in him over the years.
