UPDATE: Walmart remains closed as the store continues to be without power.
Fergus Falls, MN – The Walmart in Fergus Falls closed early on Sunday, January 25, due to a power outage.
Shoppers reported the store lost power around 2:20 p.m., with only a few emergency lights and cash registers working.
On Sunday night, Walmart posted on Facebook that it would be reopening the store at 6 a.m. Monday, however a second announcement posted around 10:45 a.m. Monday said the store is once again closed due to a power outage. It is not known at this time when it will reopen.
