Fergus Falls, MN – Lake Region Healthcare (LRH) announced this week the appointment of three leaders to newly established Executive Director roles, reflecting the organization’s evolving leadership structure and commitment to long-term success.
Brian Andrews has been appointed Executive Director of Facilities Management; Angie Crummy has been named Executive Director of Finance and Controller; and Abby Drouillard will serve as Executive Director of Quality, Safety, and Risk Management.
“The Executive Director title is new to Lake Region Healthcare and reflects our evolving approach to today’s healthcare environment,” said Kent Mattson, Chief Executive Officer. “These roles position us to better navigate an increasingly complex industry while reinforcing our commitment to high reliability, continuous improvement, and long-term organizational sustainability.”
In their new roles, Andrews, Drouillard, and Crummy will continue their current responsibilities while also participating in enhanced operational leadership activities and strategic forums. Mattson says their expanded scope will provide valuable insight and support for initiatives aligned with LRH’s pillar goals.
In a related announcement, Deb Pelch, who has served for the past two years as Vice President, has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Ambulatory and Professional Services. In this role, Deb is accountable for the strategic, operational, quality, and financial performance of the ambulatory and oncology services across Lake Region Healthcare as well as provider recruitment and medical staff services activities in collaboration with Lake Region Medical Group.
