Frazee Man Arrested Following Weekend Crash

Frazee, MN – Charges are pending for a Frazee man following a crash Sunday night.

The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says that around 5:41 p.m., a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Spencer Jacobs crashed and rolled near a slough on the east side of E Wymer Lake Road in Hobart Township, southwest of Frazee.

When deputies arrived, they found the vehicle unoccupied. They later located Jacobs and learned that he and a male passenger were in the car at the time of the crash. Deputies say one of the occupants was treated for serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

Jacobs was arrested on multiple charges stemming from the accident. Pending charges include Criminal Vehicular Operation, Driving after Revocation, Reckless Driving, and alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash. The accident remains under investigation.
