Fergus Falls, MN – The Fergus Falls Chamber of Commerce is once again hosting “Meet the Candidates” forums for local candidates running in November’s General Election.
The Chamber hosts candidate forums during election years to give candidates the opportunity to speak to their members and the general public about business-related issues that affect our region. KBRF and Leighton Media will be livestreaming the events directly from A Center for the Arts in downtown Fergus Falls on kbrfradio.com, the Fergus Now app, and the KBRF Radio Facebook and YouTube pages.
Thursday, September 24 – 4:30-6:30pm: Fergus Falls City Council Wards 2 & 3
Candidates Invited:
- Fergus Falls City Council Ward 2: Scott Kvamme, Erik Swanson
- Fergus Falls City Council Ward 3: Al Kremeier, Alex Kutzke
Friday, September 25 – 4:30-5:30pm:
Candidates Invited:
- Fergus Falls City Council Wards 1 & 4 AND Minnesota Senate District 9
- Fergus Falls City Council Ward 1: Laura Job
- Fergus Falls City Council Ward 4: DuWayne Cookman, Miranda Lape, Scott Rachels
State Senate District 9: Jordan Rasmusson (unable to attend) & Krystyne Knutson
Thursday, October 1 – 4:30-5:30pm: Minnesota House of Representatives Districts 9A & 9B

The Chamber says all candidates who filed were invited, but do not confirm that any or all candidates will participate. The events are free and open to the public. Signs/posters will not be allowed in the auditorium, on the event premises or at the entrance. Questions will not be taken from the audience.
