FARGO (KFGO) – A Pelican Rapids, Minnesota man has been arrested for felony reckless endangerment for threatening customers at a downtown Fargo bar and firing shots from his car.
Police say a tip led them to 30-year-old Abshir Mohamed Hussein.
Hussein and the car police believe he was driving were found in the 1200 block of north Broadway.
Police responded to Fort Noks on Broadway after receiving a call that customers of the bar had been threatened with a gun early Thursday morning. Minutes later, a woman called 911 and said a man had fired shots from a car near the Salvation Army on north Roberts Street.
