On Sunday at 01:09 am, the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an ATV roll over on 275th Ave near the intersection of 100th St in rural Dalton.
The driver, Jason Kirchner of Dalton, was ejected from the vehicle during the crash and was pronounced deceased on scene.
State Patrol, Dalton First Responders, and Ringdahl ambulance assisted on scene.
