Otter Tail County, MN – A brand-new road trip experience is giving travelers another reason to discover the beauty, charm, and personality of Otter Tail County this summer.
“The Giants of Otter Tail County” is a family-friendly drivable experience that encourages visitors to explore the county’s iconic larger-than-life sculptures and roadside attractions spread throughout Minnesota’s lakes country — home to 1,048 lakes.
From giant otters and pelicans to oversized fish, loons, turkeys, tractors, a watermelon and more, the campaign invites visitors to travel across the county while discovering local communities, shops, restaurants, parks, and attractions along the way.
Otter Tail Lakes Country Brand Ambassador Tasha Rohlfs says this campaign celebrates the creativity and character that make Otter Tail County unique. Participating stops include giant landmarks located in communities such as Fergus Falls, Pelican Rapids, Vergas, Battle Lake, Frazee, Rothsay, Vining, Ottertail, and New York Mills.
Visitors are encouraged to:

- Eat at area restaurants
- Book a lakes country getaway
- Share photos and memories along the way
Rohlfs says the experience is designed to appeal to families, couples, road trippers, weekend travelers, and anyone looking for a uniquely Minnesota adventure.
