Deer Creek, MN – A Park Rapids woman has suffered life-threatening injuries following a crash in Deer Creek.
State troopers say that at around 10:54 a.m. Wednesday, a Chevy pickup was heading east on Highway 29 and a Toyota pickup was heading west when the two vehicles collided.
The driver of the Chevy, a 35-year-old woman from Park Rapids, was taken to Astera Hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. The two occupants of the Toyota pickup from Alexandria both suffered non-life-threatening injuries, with only the 21-year-old driver being taken to Astera Hospital for treatment.
Troopers say road conditions were wet, and alcohol is not a suspected factor in the crash.
