Moorhead, MN – A Moorhead man is accused of attempted murder after police say he intentionally struck someone he knew with a vehicle early Saturday morning.
Officers found a man suffering from life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car. The victim was taken to a local hospital and remains in critical condition. Police identified the suspect as 40-year-old Roel Rivera.
He was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, first- and second-degree felony assault, and leaving the scene of a crash.
