Fergus Falls, MN – Another search is being planned in Fergus Falls to find the remains of Isadora Wengel, a missing woman from Fargo who was reported missing in January.
Volunteers will meet at the Home Depot parking lot at noon on Sunday, May 3. Organizers say there will be opportunities for driving, walking, and door to door. People interested in joining or leading a search are encouraged to reach out to the Bring Isadora Wengel Home Facebook page.
Wengel’s boyfriend, 21-year-old Joshua Hite of Fargo, has been charged with her murder. Police believe Hite dismembered her body and hid the remains somewhere in Otter Tail County. Investigators say Hite had two black plastic totes delivered to his apartment around the time of Wengel’s disappearance, and only one has been recovered.
