Fergus Falls, MN – Fergus Falls’ first French pâtisserie is already taking off after just recently opening its doors.
Coquette Pâtisserie in downtown Fergus Falls held its grand opening on Saturday after soft opening in mid-July, and on Tuesday, the Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate.
On Monday, owner Emily McCune posted to Facebook, “I want to thank you all so much for coming to our grand opening on Saturday and for giving us a record sales day! I’m still having a hard time wrapping my head around how much you are loving our cute little French pâtisserie and espresso shop. I never dreamed it would be like this.”
Coquette Pâtisserie is open Wednesday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. and from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Saturday.
