Garret Moses. (OTCDF)
Fergus Falls, MN – A Fergus Falls man has been charged in connection with a runaway juvenile.
20-year-old Garret Richard Moses has been charged with refusing to return a minor to their parents, as well as contributing to the delinquency of a child.
Court documents say Otter Tail County deputies received a statement that a missing 15-year-old was at an address in Underwood. When they arrived, they met Moses, who refused to return the girl, telling officers that he did not know her and they would have to find her themselves. Deputies located the missing girl in the basement of the home.
Moses made his first court appearance Monday morning. The case is still under investigation.
